Rotor Services commenced operation in 1988… since that time, owner/president Bill Leyburne and his professional staff of engineers have travelled all over Northern Ontario, Canada, the United States, St. Lucia and Macedonia!

Customer Service is our commitment.

Since we commenced operation at the Waterloo International Airport (YKF) located near Kitchener, Ontario, in April 1988, Rotor Services has run a successful AMO (51-91) from this location for over 35 years.

Our first ten years of operation focused on contracting our AMO services to many of the small operators in Ontario that did not have AME staff.  During this period, we set up and staffed Rotor Services Sub AMOs in Timmins, Ontario; North Bay, Ontario; Skopje, Macedonia; Zagreb, Croatia; and St. Lucia in the Caribbean, where the bulk of our work centred on the Bell 206 series, MD500 and AS350 series.

From the beginning, we have taken a keen interest in the Robinson helicopter, from the R22, then the influx of the popular R44, and now the Turbine R66.   Rotor Services is the most capable and experienced Robinson Service Centre in Eastern Canada.

As the Founder/Owner and PRM for Rotor Services, I have always tried to foster long-term relationships with both employees and customers. While we are a small shop, the AME’s working here are some of the most experienced in the business.  Our reputation is solid, and customers are loyal.
